24 Firearms Seized by Deputies After Responding to a Domestic Dispute

LOCATION: 32000 block of Emerald Road, Lucerne Valley
SUSPECT(S): Brian Brugliera, age of 41, resident of Lucerne Valley
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Saturday, November 1, 2025, at 8:32 pm, deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s station responded to a report of an assault in the 32000 block of Emerald Road in Lucerne Valley.
The reporting party informed dispatch that her husband had fired a gun inside of the residence during a verbal argument. The suspect discharged several rounds before the victim fled the home with their child. The suspect’s brother, who was also armed, briefly confronted the suspect before fleeing the scene.
The Sheriff’s Specialized Enforcement Detail (SED) responded and obtained a search warrant authored by Deputy Rowley. SED deputies contacted and safely detained the suspect. During a search of the residence, deputies located and seized 24 firearms.
The suspect was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center.
