Rancho Cucamonga Deputies Respond to Location and Arrest Two Suspects for Trespassing


DATE/TIME: November 4, 2025 / 10: 24 A.M.

INCIDENT: PC602- Trespassing

LOCATION: 11884 Foothill Boulevard, Rancho Cucamonga, 91739

SUSPECT 1: Fanelly Jhovana Millan, 42-year-old female, Resident of Ontario
SUSPECT 2: Cesar Augusto Ramirez Villeda, 50-year-old male, Resident of Fontana

VICTIM(S): The Home Depot

SUMMARY: On Tuesday, November 4, 2025, at approximately 10:24 A.M., deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff’s Station responded to a call for service reference unknown subjects trespassing on the property. 

Deputies arrived on scene and observed a male subject, later identified as Cesar Augusto Ramirez Villeda parked in the parking lot of the location. During the investigation, the reporting party informed deputies that Ramirez Villeda was not a customer, was loitering and soliciting on the property, and was previously arrested for trespassing at the location.

While deputies were on scene, a female subject, later identified as Fanelly Jhovana Millan, interjected herself into the investigation. Deputies were advised by a property management representative, that Millan was also loitering on the property and had previously been asked to leave the premises on several occasions. They desired prosecution for trespassing and signed a citizens arrest form for both parties. The property is considered private property and has a no trespassing agreement in place. 

Ramirez Villeda and Millan were arrested and booked into the West Valley Detention Center for PC602-Trespassing.
