Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., seeks the public’s help in locating Robin J. Bacote, 53, of Newark, who was reported missing on Friday, April 4, 2025.
Ms. Bacote was last seen at 12 p.m. on March 28, 2025, at Baldwin Avenue near Clinton Avenue. She was in possession of an electric scooter and a mini-speaker.
Detectives investigating this incident describe Ms. Bacote as African American, 5’9” tall, and approximately 140 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a multi-colored scarf, a green vest, gray pants, and sneakers. She is reportedly in good mental and physical health.
