The Ventura County Sheriff's Office / Thousand Oaks Police Department seeks your help in locating a missing "at risk" person: Jesse Ryan Porter, 44 Yrs, Male, White, 6'2", 230lbs Last seen: 200 Blk of Gainsborough Rd, T.O @ noon on 11/4/25. On 11/04/2025, at approximately 1200 hours, The departure was unexpected and unplanned. Jesse left the residence without his cell phone and wallet. He left the residence in his work truck (CA/10009W1). Jesse has been depressed due to an ongoing civil legal dispute at work. His current whereabouts are unknown. He has a rifle and a handgun registered to him and neither firearm are at the residence.If you have information that can assist in helping safely locate Mr. Porter, please call 911
