* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts 45 to 55 mph. Localized higher gusts up to 60 mph possible. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 32 will result in frost formation.

* WHERE...Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey, and southeast New York.

* WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 8 AM EST this morning. For the Frost Advisory, from midnight tonight to 7 AM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
