* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations 2 to 6 inches.
* WHERE...Anchorage Bowl, including the Glenn Highway corridor.
* WHEN...Until 6 AM AKST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Travel may be difficult. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday afternoon and Friday morning commutes.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Light snow will fall during the afternoon commute and into the overnight hours, with the heaviest snow in the evening. While overall snow amounts will likely remain below 6 inches, this will be the first time this winter that Anchorage sees accumulating snow on major roadways. Please use caution while traveling.
