On November 6, 2025, at approximately 10:30 p.m., Santa Maria Police Department officers responded to a residence in the 1600 block of Chianti Lane in an effort to locate a wanted subject identified as Anthony Jacob Amador, 19 years old, a resident of Santa Maria.

Amador was wanted on an outstanding $1 million warrant for attempted murder, stemming from a domestic violence incident that occurred on October 22, 2025, at approximately 7:30 p.m, in the City of Santa Maria.
