Missing At-Risk: Brandon Page 
On 11/07/2025, at approximately 1630 hours, Brandon Page jumped
out of a moving vehicle on the 23 Freeway in the City of Thousand
Oaks. Brandon’s mother was driving and realized he was starting to
get upset so she pulled over to the side of the road. The vehicle was
traveling at approximately 40 miles per hour when Brandon jumped
out. Deputies searched the area but were unable to locate Brandon.
Brandon has been diagnosed with PTSD, and is not currently taking his medications.
His current whereabouts are unknown. Additionally, the extent of his
injuries are unknown.
