WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY EVENING

  WHAT...Heavy lake effect snow possible. Total snow accumulations 
  between 6 and 12 inches likely. Localized higher amounts possible.
* WHERE...Portions of northern Indiana and southwest Michigan.
* WHEN...From Sunday afternoon through Monday evening.
* IMPACTS...The strong winds and weight of snow on tree limbs may 
  down power lines and could cause sporadic power outages. Whiteout 
  conditions are possible and may make travel treacherous and 
  potentially life-threatening. Travel could be very difficult. The 
  hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning and evening 
  commutes, especially on I-94 and I-80/I-90.
