CAD CALLS: 929
1. Pursuit Arrest (2239) Stanfield Drive and Kelley Drive, Bear Creek District
Officers attempted to conduct a stop on a reported stolen vehicle near the listed call location. The driver failed to yield, leading officers on a pursuit. The suspect came to a stop, and four occupants fled on foot from the vehicle. All four suspects were taken into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Two 14-year-old males, one 15-year-old male, and one 17-year-old male for evading and vehicle theft.
2. Armed Robbery (2325) 2500 Block of Nemaha Way, Park District
The male victim, 22, was approached by five suspects while he was parked in the area of the listed call location. The suspects brandished a firearm, pulled him from the vehicle, and physically assaulted him. The suspects stole the victim’s property and fled the area in a vehicle. The victim was treated at an area hospital
for non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECTS: Five Hispanic male adults.
3. Weapons Arrest (0403) Washington Street and Monroe Street, Civic District
Officers responded to the area of the call location on a report of subjects armed with a firearm. Officers detained three subjects and located a loaded firearm in the waistband of one of the males. ARRESTED: John Cruz, 18, and a seventeen-year-old male for weapons charges.
