SMPD - Shooting Investigation 
On today’s date, at approximately 8:30 p.m., officers from the Santa Maria Police Department responded to the 1900 block of Noroeste Avenue for a report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located a 21-year-old male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.
At this time, there are no additional known victims, and the investigation remains ongoing. There is no known threat to the public at this time.
