DATE/TIME: Saturday, November 8, 2025, at approximately 11:07 p.m.
INCIDENT: PC 245(A)(2) - Assault with a Firearm on a Person
LOCATION: 1000 Block of Lillyhill Drive, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Steven Reid, 40 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Saturday, November 8, 2025, at approximately 11:07 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to a report of a fight near the above listed location.
Upon arrival, deputies contacted the suspect, identified as Steven Reid. During the course of the investigation, deputies learned that Reid had allegedly threatened to shoot the victim while pointing a hand gun at the individual.
Based on the evidence obtained, deputies determined Reid was in violation of the above listed charges.
Reid was subsequently arrested and transported to the High Desert Detention Center for booking. Reid remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $140,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
