10/10 – 9:34 p.m. – Police responded to the intersection of Washington Street and Jefferson Street for a two-vehicle traffic crash. There were no injuries. Upon investigating, the driver of the at-fault vehicle was taken into custody for driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol. The driver had three previous DUI offenses. Due to the previous offenses, the case was referred to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney’s Office for consideration of charges. On November 7th, the state’s attorney’s office charged the defendant, Jennifer L. Hubler age 54 of Millstadt, with Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol; a Class 2 Criminal Felony. On that date, a Millstadt Officer arrested the defendant at her residence, and transported her to the St. Clair County Jail.
