INCIDENT: PC 22810(A) - Unlawful Posession of Tear Gas
LOCATION: 3rd Street and J Street, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Rosemary Corrales, 45 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Saturday, November 8, 2025, at approximately 8:40 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department conducted a traffic enforcement stop near 3rd Street and J Street for vehicle code violations.
During the traffic stop, deputies contacted Rosemary Corrales, who was in violation of PC 22810(A) - Possession of Unlawful Tear Gas. Corrales was also found to have an outstanding warrant for CVC 10851(A) - Vehicle Theft and PC 1203.5(A)(1)-Violation of Probation.
Corrales was subsequently arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Corrales remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with no bail, awaiting a court hearing.
