Columbia Water Boil Water Repeal
To Columbia Water Customers located at S Bull St and S Pickens St:
Columbia Water laboratory staff informs customers at S Bull St and S Pickens St, located in Richland County, that they no longer need to boil their water prior to drinking or cooking.
Following an intense flushing of the distribution system, bacteriological samples were collected and analyzed by our certified laboratory. The results of this sampling indicate that the system is safe and water is good to use for drinking and cooking purposes.
If you have discolored water, please run your taps for 2-3 minutes.
If your water is still discolored after flushing your plumbing, contact our Customer Services Team at (803) 545-3300 so we can dispatch crews to flush the lines in your area.
