INCIDENT: Fatal Crash
LOCATION: Bear Valley Road/ Hesperia Road, Victorville
VICTIM(S): Luis Ramirez, 33-years-old, Resident of Garden Grove
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at about 6:04 p.m., deputies from the Victorville Police Station, along with deputies from the Hesperia Police Station, San Bernardino County Fire Department, and American Medical Response personnel, responded to the area of Bear Valley Road and Hesperia Road, Victorville for a vehicle versus pedestrian crash.
Throug investigation, it was determined three vehicles struck a pedestrian, Luis Ramirez, in the number one westbound lane as he walked from the north sidewalk of Bear Valley Road to the south sidewalk. Ramirez, a male resident of Garden Grove, was transported to Providence St. Mary’s Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased. The three drivers involved in the crash remained on scene and cooperated with investigators.
Victorville Major Accident Investigation Team arrived on scene and conducted the investigation.
Bear Valley Road between Hesperia Road and Apatite Road was closed for several hours.
