Washington Avenue Water Main Replacement Update
The Township of West Caldwell will be performing water main replacement work on Washington Avenue starting on or about Monday, November 3rd.
Please note that this important infrastructure improvement is anticipated to take approximately 4 to 6 weeks to complete.
Traffic Restrictions: Monday through Friday until 5:00 PM for the duration of the project.
Location: There will be no vehicular access on Washington Avenue from Central Avenue to Park Avenue during work hours. Residents who live on Washington Ave will have limited to no access to their driveways during work hours.
Washington School Access: Traffic will be restricted during before and after-school pick-up hours to allow work to proceed safely. Please plan accordingly.
School Status: Washington School will remain open.
