OPD News:
The Oakland Police Department (OPD) is investigating a shooting that occurred just before 1:30 p.m. on November 12, 2025, in the 12200 block of Skyline Boulevard. Officers responded to the area to investigate reports of a shooting at a nearby school.
When officers arrived, they located one individual, a juvenile, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound(s). Officers provided first aid until paramedic personnel transported the juvenile to an area hospital, where the juvenile was last listed in stable condition by medical personnel.
Two juveniles were placed under arrest in connection with the incident. Additionally, two firearms were recovered.
