INCIDENT: PC 288.4(b) - Arrange to Meet Minor for a Lewd Purpose
LOCATION: City of Redlands
SUSPECT(S): Daniel Patrick Albert, 42 year-old-male, Resident of Redlands
SUMMARY:
On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, personnel from the Rancho Cucamonga Sheriff’s Station conducted an undercover chat operation.
During the operation, 42-year-old Daniel Patrick Albert, responded to a post made by an undercover deputy on a social media application. Albert initiated a conversation with the deputy, who acted as the persona of a 13-year-old boy. Albert communicated with the persona using the username of “danolanche.” Albert was also a youth hockey coach in the Riverside area.
During the communication, Albert agreed to meet with the undercover persona to engage in sexual acts. At the conclusion of the investigation, Albert was arrested and booked at the West Valley Detention Center for a violation of PC 288.4(b) – Arrange to meet a minor for a lewd purpose.
Detectives believe there may be additional victims and are releasing Albert’s photograph and username.
