Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda, Sr., announces that the following streets will be subject to either full or intermittent closures during the hours designated below due to a film production at various locations in Newark.
 
Beginning from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. – Friday, November 14th, and/or Sunday, November 16th
 
• Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Blvd.  between Market Street and Raymond Blvd. – Both Days – Intermittent
• Academy Street between Halsey Street and Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Blvd. – Friday – Intermittent
• Academy Street between University Avenue and Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Blvd. – Sunday - Intermittent
• Raymond Blvd. between Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Blvd. / Park Pl. and Mulberry Street - Sunday – Intermittent
• Commerce Street between McCarter Highway and Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Blvd. – Both Days – Intermittent
• Washington Street between Bank Street and Academy Street – Sunday – Intermittent
• Halsey Street between Raymond Blvd. and Bank Street – Sunday – Intermittent

Beginning from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. – November 14th and November 16th
 
• Clinton Street between Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Blvd. and Mulberry Street – Both Days – Full Closure
• Beaver Street between Market Street and Clinton Street – Both Days – Full Closure.l

Drivers are advised to anticipate delays and plan alternate routes.
