Overnight Parking Enforcement Temporarily Suspended 
Effective today, November 13, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., the City has temporarily suspended all overnight parking restrictions due to the incoming storm. This suspension will remain in effect for the duration of the storm and until a full post-storm assessment is completed. Normal enforcement will resume once conditions are deemed safe, and a follow-up notification is issued.
When parking, please remember that Red Flag Parking Restrictions remain in effect as of November 13,2025, at 6:00 pm, which includes the public parking at Mary’s Market. Avoid areas prone to flooding or debris flow, and always leave space for emergency and Public Works vehicles to respond safely.
Failure to follow these restrictions may result in a parking citation. Stay safe and thank you for your cooperation.
