Funeral Services Announced for Fallen Deputy Andrew Nunez
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department announces funeral arrangements for Deputy Andrew Nunez who was tragically killed in the line of duty on October 27, 2025, in Rancho Cucamonga.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at the Toyota Arena, in Ontario. The service will be private and not open to the public, in accordance with the wishes of the Nunez family
While attendance at the service will be limited to family, close friends, and invited law enforcement personnel, members of the public are invited to pay their respects by lining the procession route as the deputy is escorted to the venue.
Procession Information:
The procession will enter the southbound I215 Freeway at Inland Center Drive at about 8:30 a.m., and merge onto the I10 Freeway, westbound. The procession will exit at Haven Avenue, proceed north to Concours Street, and then east on Concours Street to the Toyota Arena, located at 4000 Ontario Center Parkway, Ontario.
Community members who wish to honor Deputy Nunez are invited to gather safely along the routed surface streets. Please follow all laws, remain on sidewalks and follow directions from law enforcement officers who will be assisting with traffic control.
