MONDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2025:
 
9:55 AM Officer Ansari investigated a retail theft of merchandise near Thornton Ave & Cedar Blvd.  
 
9:29 PM Officer Norvell investigated a vehicle burglary reported on Balentine Dr. Loss included a bag containing electronics and specialized tools.
 
10:28 PM Officer Cervantes investigated a collision near Central Ave & Filbert St. A 22-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 4, 2025: 
 
4:17 PM Officer Orozco investigated the theft of a wallet that resulted in subsequent fraudulent transactions reported near Central Ave & Cherry St.
 
10:17 PM Officer Dale arrested a 48-year-old male for driving under the influence near Thornton Ave & Cedar Blvd. Additionally, a 36-year-old male, 38-year-old male and 38-year-old female were all arrested for public intoxication. They were all transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
5:35 PM Officer Quinonez responded to Sycamore St & Graham Ave for a report of a stolen vehicle.
 
6:35 PM Officer Dale investigated a package theft reported near Seawind Way & Hickory St.
 
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 5, 2025:
 
6:51 AM Officer Kapu responded to a hit and run collision near Cotton Ave & Cherry St. A 35-year-old male was cited for causing the collision.
 
1:36 PM Officer Berlanga investigated a vehicle burglary near Sycamore St & Thornton Ave.
 
9:24 PM Officers were dispatched to an assault reported near Newark Blvd & Thornton Ave.  
 
11:30 PM Officer Dale responded to a disturbance near Central Ave & Newark Blvd. A 49-year-old male was arrested for domestic violence. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 6, 2025:
 
3:09 AM While on patrol near Newark Blvd & Dumbarton Court, Officer Jackman noticed a vehicle that had been burglarized. A rear window was smashed, however no loss was determined.
 
11:12 AM Officer C. Torres recovered a stolen vehicle near Thornton Ave & Cedar Blvd. He then located and recovered another stolen vehicle at Redeker Pl & Cherry St.
 
2:41 PM Officer Shaffer investigated a vandalism near Newark Blvd & Jarvis Ave.
 
7:33 PM Officer Felix responded to a report of a package theft near Port Sailwood Dr & Cedar Blvd.
 
11:33 PM Officer Felix recovered a stolen vehicle near Newark Blvd & Jarvis Ave.
 
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 7, 2025:
 
8:28 AM Officer Benjamin investigated a vehicle burglary reported near Newark Blvd & Jarvis Ave. Electronics were reported taken while the owner stepped away from the vehicle for a few minutes.
 
11:37 AM Officer Shaffer investigated a stolen license plate reported near Lido Blvd & Jarvis Ave.
 
12:29 PM Officer Benjamin investigated a package theft near Hickory St & Seawind Way.
 
2:36 PM Officer Shaffer was dispatched to an aggravated assault near Newark Blvd & Jarvis Ave. A 45-year-old male was arrested for vandalism and aggravated assault. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
8:20 PM Community Service Officer (CSO) Mora investigated a package theft near Cedar Blvd & Primula Terr.
 
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8, 2025:
 
1:47 AM Officer Kim responded to traffic collision near Stevenson Blvd & Balentine Dr. A 33-year-old female was arrested for public intoxication. She was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
5:09 AM Officer Losier investigated a vehicle burglary and report of brandishing a firearm near Cherry St & Bush Rabbit Ave.
 
6:35 AM Officers investigated multiple vehicle burglaries throughout the city.
 
9:28 AM Officer Lomeli investigated a theft of a vehicle trailer on Mayhews Landing Road.  
 
1:00 PM Officer Ansari was dispatched to hit and run collision reported near Thornton Ave & Chestnut St. A 19-year-old male was cited for driving without a license and causing the collision.
 
4:22 PM Officer Benjamin responded to a suspicious person reported near Stevenson Blvd & Balentine Dr. A 43-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
5:36 PM Officer Lomeli responded to a report of a suspicious person near Jarvis Ave & Overlake Place. A 43-year-old male was cited for possession of narcotics.
 
6:45 PM Officer Kim responded to a hit and run collision reported near Arden St & Plummer Ave. A 67-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 9, 2025:
 
2:25 AM Acting Sergeant B. Arroyo initiated a vehicle check near Thornton Ave & Cedar Blvd. A 48-year-old male was arrested for narcotics. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
4:20 AM While conducting a security check in the area, Officer Losier witnessed and investigated a reckless driving incident near Gateway Blvd & Jarvis Ave.
 
9:51 AM Officer Lor conducted a warrant check near Cedar Blvd & Cedar Court. A 30-year-old female was arrested for narcotics and outstanding warrants. She was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
12:02 PM Officer Jackman investigated a residential burglary near Cedar Blvd & Thornton Ave. The theft of utility services was reported.
 
12:27 PM Officer Frentescu recovered a stolen vehicle near Cedar Blvd & Moores Ave.
 
MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2025:
 
2:37 AM Officer Orozco located a person asleep behind the wheel near Newark Blvd & Thornton Ave. A 49-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
5:14 AM Officer C. Torres responded to the Contra Costa County Jail Facility. A 32-year-old male was arrested for failing to appear in court and several outstanding warrants. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
9:22 AM Officer Benjamin conducted a security check near Balentine Dr & Stevenson Blvd. A 67-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics and outstanding warrants. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
3:10 PM Officer Benjamin investigated a residential burglary near Bettencourt & Haley Streets. A wallet was reported taken from the residence and the rear door was discovered unlocked.
 
5:10 PM Officer Benjamin investigated a stolen vehicle reported near Cedar Blvd & Mowry Ave.
 
8:18 PM Officer Norvell investigated a package theft reported near Seawind Way & Hickory St.
 
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 11, 2025:
 
9:55 AM Officer Jou investigated a license plate theft reported near Port Sailwood Dr & Cedar Blvd.
 
10:06 AM Officer Lor conducted a security check in the area of Cedar Blvd & Moores Ave. A 62-year-old male was cited for outstanding warrants.
 
10:27 AM Officer Jou investigated a report of a stolen license plate near Port Sailwood Dr & Cedar Blvd.
 
10:52 AM Officer Frentescu conducted a traffic stop near Cherry St & Sea Turtle Ave. A 37-year-old male was cited for failing to follow a court order and operating a cellphone while driving.
 
8:00 PM Officer Lara responded to a collision reported near Jarvis Ave & Newark Blvd. A 48-year-old female was arrested for causing the collision and driving while intoxicated. She was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
9:40 PM Officer Jackman investigated a theft reported near Haley St & Mayhews Landing Road. A set of keys were taken from inside of a vehicle.
 
9:24 PM Officer Diaz-Perez investigated an attempted vehicle theft from the area of Cedar Blvd & Bridgepointe Dr. Point of entry was determined to be a passenger door key handle that was forced open.
 
9:49 PM Officer Jackman investigated a vehicle burglary reported near Newark Blvd & Dairy Ave. The door lock handle was forced open, and a pair of shoes were taken from the vehicle.
 
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 12, 2025:
 
5:10 AM Officer Norvell responded to a vehicle theft reported near Thornton Ave & Spruce St.
 
8:35 AM Officer Ansari was dispatched to disturbance near Thornton Ave & Cedar Blvd. A 33-year-old male was arrested for violation of probation. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
5:25 PM Officer Soto responded to a shoplifting incident reported near Newark Blvd & Mayhews Landing Road.
 
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 13, 2025:
 
7:19 AM Officers Cervantes & Medina investigated several vehicle thefts reported across the city.
 
8:15 AM While on patrol near Cherry St & Thornton Ave, Officer Berlanga investigated a hit and run collision involving a light pole.
 
10:38 AM Officer Felix responded to a mail theft report near Seawind Way & Hickory St. A credit card was determined to be used in multiple fraudulent transactions without consent.
 
5:45 PM Officer Berlanga investigated a hit and run collision near Thornton Ave & Cedar Blvd.
 
10:23 PM Officer Lor conducted a traffic stop near Cherry St & George Ave. The driver was cited for driving with an unregistered plate.
 
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 14, 2025:
 
7:19 AM CSO Vuong investigated a report of a stolen vehicle near Bettencourt & Haley Street. It was later recovered by a neighboring agency.
 
9:22 AM Officer C. Torres conducted a warrant service near Ardenwood Blvd & Kaiser Dr. A 36-year-old male was cited for multiple outstanding warrants.
 
4:59 PM CSO Mora responded to a package theft reported near Edgewater Dr & Darvon St.
 
8:49 PM Officer Swadener investigated a reckless driving incident near Seawind Way & Willow St. A 34-year-old male was arrested for public intoxication. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
9:09 PM Officer Kim investigated and recovered a stolen vehicle from the area of Jarvis Ave & Haley St.
 
11:45 PM Officer Stevenson investigated multiple vehicle burglaries on Newpark Mall Road. Reported loss included a laptop and other electronics left in the vehicles.
 
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2025:
 
2:35 AM Officer Herrera investigated a vehicle burglary in progress near Darvon St & Edgewater Dr that was interrupted. No loss was determined.
 
5:33 AM Officer Kim investigated a stolen vehicle reported near Haley St & Rochelle Ave.
 
7:44 AM Officer Benjamin investigated a commercial burglary near Jarvis Ave & Newark Blvd.
 
10:25 AM Officer Benjamin responded to the area of Jarvis Ave & Lido Blvd on a report of a stolen vehicle.
 
10:49 AM Officer Felix responded to a disturbance reported near Mowry Ave & Cedar Blvd. A 28-year-old male was arrested for battery. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
12:22 PM Officer Benjamin investigated a stolen vehicle reported near Cedar Blvd & Edgewater Dr.
 
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 16, 2025:
 
1:23 AM Officer Stevenson conducted a security check on Newpark Mall Road and investigated multiple vehicle burglaries. No loss was reported.
 
1:46 AM Officer Losier conducted a traffic stop near Thornton Ave & Cedar Blvd. A 21-year-old male was arrested for recklessly driving while intoxicated. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
1:10 PM Officer Felix conducted a search warrant service near Cedar Blvd & Cedar Court. A 36-year-old male was arrested for a parole violation. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
 
3:01 PM Officers investigated a residential burglary reported near Cedar Blvd & Joaquin Murieta Ave.
 
6:48 PM CSO Vuong investigated a bicycle theft reported on Newpark Mall Road.
