INCIDENT: Burglary Suspect Arrested
LOCATION: Spirit River Cafe, 16020 Apple Valley Road, Apple Valley
SUSPECT(S): Fabian Estrada, 32-year-old male, resident of Apple Valley
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at approximately 2:17 a.m., deputies with the Apple Valley Station responded to an audible burglary alarm at Spirit River Cafe. The suspect, Fabian Estrada, ran from the business as deputies arrived. Deputies pursued Estrada on foot and eventually detained him. The front doors to the business had been broken and property inside was vandalized.
Estrada was booked at High Desert Detention Center for vandalism and burglary and is being held in lieu of $30,000 bail.
