Garbage Collection Ordinance. 
*Reminder to all Elk Point Resdients on Garbage Ordinances*
We've been having a lot of issues with garbage pickup lately and i wanted to send out a reminder of some of the most abused ordinances we deal with. If you would like to read the eniter ordinance its on the City's website under Chapter 3.02.
1. All garbage must be bagged and placed inside tipper can.
2. No garbage may be placed outside on the ground next to tipper can.
3. No yard waste (grass clippings, leaves, other) shall be placed in can.
4. No liquid hazerdous waste (used oil, paint, weed killer, chemicals)
5. Animal fecal waste (dog feces, cat litter, others) must be bagged.
6. All tipper cans must be placed along City Right of Way or curb line for pickup.
7. All tipper cans shall be kept clean and in good working condition.
