INCIDENT: Suspect Arrested After Store Robbery and Assault
LOCATION: Circle K, 20920 Bear Valley Road, Apple Valley
SUSPECT: Emilio Navarro, 19-year-old male, resident of Adelanto
SUMMARY: On November 18, 2025, at approximately 11:51 a.m., deputies from the Apple Valley Station responded to a disturbance at Circle K. Multiple callers reported Emilio Navarro had stolen from the convenience store and threatened to assault the clerk.
Navarro walked out of the location and assaulted a bystander. Deputies arrived on scene and Navarro was arrested. The bystander was treated by medical services at the scene.
Navarro was booked at High Desert Detention Center for robbery and assault with a deadly weapon. Navarro was also booked for a violation of probation and is being held without bail.
