The main threat through this morning will be urban flooding and minor flooding of flood prone locations. The flash flood threat will be higher this afternoon and night when additional heavy rain moves over already water loaded soils.

* WHERE...A portion of north central Texas, including the following counties, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Erath, Hill, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro, Parker, Rockwall, Somervell, Tarrant and Wise.
* WHEN...Through late tonight.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor-drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall totals of 1 to 2 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 4 inches.
