* Flash Flood Warning for... Southwestern Collin County in north central Texas... Northern Dallas County in north central Texas... Southeastern Denton County in north central Texas... Tarrant County in north central Texas...

* Until 645 AM CST.

* At 343 AM CST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are forecast. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include... Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Garland, Irving, Grand Prairie, McKinney, Carrollton, Frisco, Richardson, Lewisville, Allen, Flower Mound, Rowlett, Euless, Bedford, Grapevine, Haltom City and Wylie.
