A multi-vehicle motor vehicle crash has just occurred on Route 4 Westbound in the area of Wilson Avenue. Emergency services are currently on scene providing medical care and securing the area.

Route 4 Westbound is CLOSED at this time.
Please expect significant delays for at least the next hour as first responders work to assist those involved and clear the roadway.
