PUBLIC NOTICE TO THE CITIZENS OF SONORA
The City of Sonora would like to inform all residents that you may experience temporary low water pressure over the next hour. As many of you know, the City is currently undertaking major water infrastructure improvements. One of our primary projects includes upgrading the electrical systems for our water wells located on City Hill.
Our partners at Atlas Electric are currently performing electrical service adjustments and transferring power in this area. As a result, the water wells will experience a brief power outage for approximately 45 minutes. This may cause lower-than-normal water pressure throughout the system.
We appreciate your patience during this necessary improvement. If you have any questions or notice significant water pressure issues, please contact City Hall at 325-387-2558.
We will provide an update once the work is completed. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to improve Sonora’s water infrastructure.
