If you have any problems, like ascertaining your new account number....just call the office.  Typically, if you have only onle location under your account....then it will be your old account number and add a (-1) directly afterward.  For instance:  Former account number is:  53214.  HANDY ADVISE....For this system, you would enter your account number as 53214-01 .   NOTE:  some addresses may be a part of a list of addresses where the responsible party has numerous locations.  That will typically decide whether the number at the end is merely a -01 or maybe a -02 or whatever.  

Again, call city hall with any questions or problems.  Past this, it should be very easy.  An Alderman signed up on site and it took her mere minutes to complete.  I hope this serves you well.
