* Flash Flood Warning for... Southern Denton County in north central Texas... Tarrant County in north central Texas...
* Until 130 PM CST.
* At 1034 AM CST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain fell early this morning, and an additional inch of rain has fallen within the last half hour. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are forecast over the next hour or two. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar and automated gauges. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low lying areas.
