PSE road closure on Springridge Rd. 8:30AM-3PM.
City work single lane closure with flagging on Foster Rd. 7AM-5PM.
Tomorrow, Friday, November 21, paving will occur on Foster Road to Fletcher Bay Road to restore asphalt following recent water main installation. The road will remain open with single lane and flaggers during the work.
Puget Sound Energy (PSE) will also be working in the neighborhood and will close Springridge Road beginning at 8:30AM to remove a power pole at Springridge and Wild Cherry. Traffic will detour through the City’s paving zone on Foster. Flaggers will manage the additional traffic, but delays are expected during work hours. The City's improvements support the continued work to strengthen the Winslow Water System improving reliability, water quality, and fire flow ahead of the new 2-million-gallon, seismically resilient Winslow Water Tank coming online in early 2026.
