Special Weather Statement until 09:00AM 
Patchy shallow dense fog outside of Chicago between the I-88 and I-80 corridors down to roughly the Kankakee River will cause localized poor visibility down to as low as one quarter mile, along with rapid changes in visibility. Motorists are advised to use extra caution. Reduce speed, increase following distance, and use low beams when driving in dense fog.
