INCIDENT: PC 29800 (A)(1)- Felon in Possession of a Firearm
LOCATION: Bear Valley Road and Eleventh Avenue, Hesperia
SUSPECT(S): Juan Miguel Gonzalez-Conn, 35-year-old resident of Boron, CA
SUMMARY: On Monday, November 17, 2025, Deputy Velasquez conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Bear Valley Road and Eleventh Avenue, in Hesperia, involving a silver Honda Odyssey for inoperable taillights.
Deputy Velasquez ordered the driver, Gonzalez-Conn, a convicted felon, to exit the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, deputies located a loaded silver Taurus .38 caliber revolver along with several rounds of ammunition. Deputy Velasquez later discovered the firearm was stolen from Nevada. Deputies also located a clear plastic bag with suspected meth, a scale, and separate small plastic bags inside a larger plastic bag in the back seat of the vehicle.
Gonzalez-Conn was arrested and booked at HDDC for convicted felon in possession of a firearm, possession of drugs for sales, and possession of a controlled substance while armed.
