Areas of fog are slowly expanding across much of the South Carolina Lowcountry into Southeast Georgia. Conditions overnight will become favorable for dense fog to develop with visibilities dropping to 1/4 mile or less at times. The risk for significant dense fog will be greatest roughly along and west of I-95, including communities such as Walterboro, Allendale, Hampton, Savannah, Hinesville, Springfield, Sylvania, Statesboro, Claxton, Metter and Reidsville. A Dense Fog Advisory may be needed for portions of the area overnight into early Monday morning.
