Special Weather Statement until 04:00AM Monday
Areas of valley fog are developing in many of the high valleys and into the lower elevations of West Virginia, as well as into portions of northeast Kentucky and southwest Virginia. This fog is expected to continue expanding in coverage, so motorists should expect to encounter sudden changes in visibility if driving overnight and through mid-morning on Monday. If encountering an area of dense fog, slow down, increase the space between you and the vehicle in front of you, and use low beam headlights for safety and increased visibility.
