TRAFFIC SAFETY ALERT — GOAL ZERO INITIATIVE
The West Windsor Township Police Department is participating in New Jersey’s statewide Goal Zero program, a coordinated effort by the New Jersey State Association of Chiefs of Police to eliminate traffic fatalities, injuries, and crashes.
Over the coming weeks, our officers will increase enforcement efforts focused on speeding, distracted driving, impaired driving, and pedestrian safety violations.
Please do your part: slow down, stay alert, and make safe choices behind the wheel. With the Thanksgiving-Eve surge (often called “Blackout Wednesday”), we’re particularly focused on impaired driving prevention.
Our goal is simple: Zero crashes. Zero injuries. Zero fatalities.
