City of Lockport Resident Only Bulk Curbside Leaf Collection Program ends the 1st week of December – Click More Info. 
The City of Lockport's Bulk Curbside Leaf Collection Program ends the first week of December. To take advantage of this program you must be a Lockport resident & rake your leaves into your parkway toward the curb PRIOR to 7AM on Monday, December 1st. Crews will make one pass through the City. You do not need to call to schedule a pickup.
To prevent potential flooding issues for you and your neighbors, do not put leaves in the street.
If you do not want to wait for the City of Lockport’s leaf truck, you also have the option to put the leaves in brown paper bags for Waste Management to pick up on your garbage day (no sticker necessary).
