Evansville man arrested for driving while never having receiving a valid operator's license. 
On November 22, 2025, at 3:22 a.m. Deputy Levi Sims conducted a welfare check on a Red 2012 Chevy Equinox in the parking lot of FastBreak Convenience store located at 805 E. Park Street. Upon approaching the vehicle Deputy Sims identified the driver of the vehicle as 25-year-old Jorsiri Medina of Evansville. During a roadside investigation Deputy Sims ran Mr. Medina through the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles and discovered that Mr. Medina never had been issued a valid operator’s license.
Sgt. John Fischer assisted Deputy Sims in his investigation.
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
