On November 24, 2025, at approximately 5:00 AM, Simi Valley Police Officers were dispatched the area of Los Angeles Avenue and Sycamore Drive in reference to a subject down. The reporting party advised SVPD dispatch that they had observed a subject down on the ground next to an “e-bike” and that he was not moving. Upon arrival Officers found a male subject suffering from major injuries and located evidence that he had possibly been struck by a vehicle, which was no longer on scene.
 
The SVPD traffic unit is asking for the public’s help in identifying the vehicle and driver involved in the hit and run. The suspect vehicle is a 2023-2025 Honda HR-V in the color “Urban Pearl Gray” with collision damage to the passenger side front bumper.
