MONDAY, NOVEMBER 17, 2025:
3:23 AM Officer Losier responded to a report of a weapon brandishing near Mayhews Landing Road & Newark Blvd. A 33-year-old male was cited for possession narcotics and exhibiting a weapon..
9:44 AM Officer Felix investigated a commercial burglary reported near Forbes Dr & Cedar Blvd. The front glass door was shattered.
10:09 AM Officer Lomeli responded to a vehicle burglary near Stevenson Blvd & Balentine Dr. Reported loss included a bag containing electronics.
3:52 PM Officer Jackman investigated a report of mail theft near Cedar Blvd & Cedar Ct.
4:36 PM Officer Felix responded to disturbance reported near Newark & Cedar Boulevards. A 24-year-old female was arrested for outstanding warrants. She was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
11:51 PM Officer Diaz-Perez investigated a report of a weapon brandishing during a vehicle burglary on Newpark Mall Rd. No loss was reported.
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18, 2025:
8:25 AM Officer Ansari investigated a vehicle burglary near Mowry Ave & Cedar Blvd. Reported loss included various power tools.
10:18 AM Officer Ansari investigated a vehicle theft on behalf of a nearby agency. The vehicle was recovered and returned to the owner.
10:57 AM Officer Orozco conducted a traffic stop near Filbert St & Central Ave. A 45-year-old female was cited for possession of narcotics, driving with a suspended license, and violating a court order.
1:04 PM Officers investigated multiple reports of mail theft in the area of Hickory St & Seawind Way.
4:55 PM Officer Lor recovered a stolen vehicle near Port Sailwood Dr & Cedar Blvd. The vehicle’s ignition column was tampered with.
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2025:
11:04 AM Officer Benjamin conducted a warrant check near Dumbarton Ct & Jarvis Ave. A 49-year-old male was arrested for an outstanding warrant. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
11:30 AM Officer Shaffer investigated a vehicle theft near Cedar Blvd & Mowry Ave. A 28-year-old male was arrested for possession of narcotics and vehicle theft. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
2:49 PM Officer Orozco investigated an attempted vehicle theft reported near Cedar Blvd & Jarvis Ave.
7:16 PM Officer Jou investigated a bicycle theft reported near Cedar Blvd & Thornton Ave.
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20, 2025:
9:55 AM Officer Medina responded to a vehicle burglary near Gateway Blvd & Jarvis Ave. Reported loss included a bag containing clothing.
10:17 AM Officer Piquette responded to a report of a stolen vehicle near Timber St & Central Ave.
10:19 AM Officer Berlanga investigated a residential burglary reported near Cedar & Lido Boulevards. Screens were removed from the windows and pry marks were discovered.
12:06 PM Officer C. Torres investigated a commercial burglary near Cherry St & Smith Ave. Reported loss included several tools and specialized equipment.
12:07 PM Officer Shaffer responded to a vehicle burglary reported near Balentine Dr & Newpark Mall Rd. Reported loss included several industrial specialty tools.
2:23 PM Officer Shaffer investigated a mail theft incident near Seawind Way & Hickory St. Reported loss included a credit card that was taken from the mailbox.
3:27 PM Officer C. Torres investigated a vehicle burglary reported on Newpark Mall Road. Reported loss included a pack of cigarettes left in the vehicle.
8:52 PM Officer Herrera responded to a suspicious vehicle reported near Mowry Ave & Cedar Blvd. It was determined to be stolen, and was recovered.
10:46 PM Officer Orozco investigated a report of a stolen vehicle near Newark Blvd & Thornton Ave.
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 21, 2025:
4:05 AM Officer Orozco responded to a commercial burglary alarm near Newark Blvd & Jarvis Ave. Entry was attempted from the roof of the business.
9:32 AM Officer Berlanga investigated a package theft reported near Cedar Blvd & Edgewater Dr.
10:32 AM Officer Medina was alerted to a stolen vehicle in the area of Cedar & Lido Boulevards. The vehicle was recovered.
10:50 PM Officer Swadener assisted the California Highway Patrol (CHP) with a DUI investigation near Cherry St & Mowry Ave.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2025:
12:21 AM Officer Kim responded to a disturbance reported near Cedar Blvd & Mowry Ave. A 30-year-old female was arrested for theft and a court-ordered warrant. She was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
2:56 AM Officers investigated several vehicle burglaries reported on Newpark Mall Road.
8:55 PM Officer Kim investigated a theft reported on Newpark Mall Road. Reported loss included a cellphone.
11:01 PM Officer Soto responded to a disturbance on Newpark Mall Road. A 33-year-old male was arrested for shoplifting, theft, and violating probation terms. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 2025:
1:56 AM While on patrol, Officer Swadener recovered a stolen vehicle on Newpark Mall Road.
2:54 AM Officer Kim conducted a traffic stop near Birch St & Birch Place. A 50-year-old male was arrested for driving under the influence. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
7:53 PM Officer Kim responded to a theft of a wallet that resulted in subsequent credit card purchases, reported near Jarvis Ave & Newark Blvd.
8:36 PM Community Service Officer (CSO) Vuong transported a 29-year-old male from the Santa Clara County Jail to Santa Rita Jail for booking, on a court-ordered warrant.
