1. Resisting Arrest (1010) 3800 Block of Loto Court, Seaport District
Officers responded to a report of an intoxicated subject who made threats to harm his family members. On arrival, officers contacted the suspect and attempted to detain him. The suspect pulled away from them and resisted arrest. Force was used to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Naser Hamdan, 48, for criminal threats and resisting arrest.
