* IMPACTS...Low visibility in dense fog this morning could make driving conditions hazardous. Gusty winds on Wednesday will blow around unsecured objects, including holiday decorations. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on north to south roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Sporadic localized gusts up to 55 to 60 mph are possible during the day on Wednesday.
