2025 Turkey Trot 5K Road Closures 
This is a message from the Matawan Police Department and the Office of Emergency Management:
Saturday, November 29th, the Matawan Recreation Commission will hold its annual Turkey Trot 5K Run and Fitness Walk. For the safety of the participants, the following roads will be closed from about 7:30 am until the conclusion of the event at approximately 12:00 pm
Main Street from Rt. 34 to Railroad Plaza;
High Street/Aberdeen Road;
Union Street;
Ravine Drive
To accommodate this event and minimize inconvenience, anyone travelling within the affected areas, please plan your travel with these road closures in mind. Thank you for your cooperation and have a happy and safe holiday season.
