Cass County Sheriff Clint Roach reports that his office and the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team conducted a Search Warrant in the 60000 block of Eagle Point Road in Calvin Township, Cass County MI.

On 11/25/2025 at approximately 6:00pm, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office acted on a tip of possible stolen property, located at a residence on Eagle Point Rd.   A Search Warrant was obtained.  During the execution of that Search Warrant, numerous items of stolen property were discovered as well as Meth and a large quantity of Marijuana.
 
A 55 year old Male was arrested at the time of the Search Warrant and charges are being sought for Possession of drugs with the intent to deliver, Possession of Meth, Maintaining a drug house, Possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, Possession of Stolen Property, Operating a Chop Shop, and Altering or removing a Vehicle Identification Number.   The Name of the Defendant in this case will be withheld until after arraignment on appropriate charges.

The Cass County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Cass County Drug Enforcement Team, the Cass County Animal Control Agency, SMCAS Ambulance Service, True’s Towing and Wallace Towing.
