Water Main Break - Lower River Street 
A water main break has been identified on lower River Street and City crews are working to isolate the break. Areas of Country Club, Casella and ARC Otsego will be temporarily out of water. There is also a lane closure enforced effective immediately and will continue until repairs can be completed.
