Strong northwest winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph will continue to lead to blowing snow. Conditions will improve later today as winds begin to ease and the snow ends.

* WHERE...Chippewa, Dunn, Eau Claire, Pepin, and Pierce Counties.
