Winter Weather Advisory until 12:00PM

...SNOW CONTINUING INTO THE AFTERNOON... .Snow will continue into the early afternoon. Additional accumulations of up to 1 inch possible. Slippery conditions are expected to continue into the early afternoon. Wind gusts between 35 and 45 mph expected through the afternoon. The combination of snow and wind continues to lead to slippery conditions and reduced visibilities. Travel is expected to remain difficult into the early afternoon and get better by mid afternoon.

* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

* WHERE...In Minnesota, Winona County. In Wisconsin, Buffalo and Trempealeau Counties.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.
