Slippery conditions are expected to continue into the early afternoon. Wind gusts between 35 and 45 mph expected through the afternoon. The combination of snow and wind continues to lead to slippery conditions and reduced visibilities. Travel is expected to remain difficult into the early afternoon and get better by mid afternoon.
